We are pleased to announce the release of a new publication: Pandemic: The Catastrophic Crisis coordinated by Dr. Modesto Seara Vázquez, Rector of University of the Sea - Oaxaca State University System (SUNEO) (an IAU member ).
This book constitutes an analysis of the pandemic, within the framework of what is considered to be a systemic crisis of great magnitude.
