Pornchai Mongkhonvanit is President of Siam University. Concurrently, he has also served as the Thailand Chapter’s Vice President of the Association of Southeast Asia Institutions of Higher Learning (ASAIHL) and board member of the World Association of Cooperative and Work Integrated Education (WACE). He earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kasetsart University in Thailand and Post Graduate Degree in Finance, Investment and Banking from University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is also a member of IEM’ 2000 of the Graduate School of Education, Harvard University. Pornchai is recognized as an expert on Higher Education Strategy with Emphasis on promoting sustainable relationship between University and Industry as evidenced by the Reward received by Siam University in 2012 as the Thailand best institution in Cooperative Education among all public and private universities.
