Elisa Guidi

Elisa is a psychologist and holds a PhD in Nonlinear Dynamics and Complex Systems (scientific disciplinary sector: Social Psychology) from the University of Florence (UNIFI). Previously, she was a Lecturer in the School of Psychology at UNIFI and the "San Giovanni Bosco" School of Educational Sciences in Massa (Italy). She worked for the Council of Europe (Education Policy) after previously collaborating as an Intern, thanks to an Award for her doctoral thesis on the themes of the Istanbul Convention. Since 2013, she has been a member of the UNIFI academic spin-off LabCom, and LabCom Vice-President from 2017 to 2020.

She is a current post-doctoral fellow at UNIFI in "Higher Education and Internationalization: Analysis of Processes and Paths", which foresees four months internship at IAU. She joined IAU in March 2022 where she works on the Follow-up of the 2nd IAU Global Survey Report on the Impact of COVID-19 on Higher Education and the preparation of the 6th IAU Global Survey on Internationalization of Higher Education. She is an Italian national and also speaks English.
