International Higher Education (IHE), is a quarterly publication launched by the Boston College Center for International Higher Education in Spring 1995. IHE is published by DUZ Academic Publishers, Berlin.
This journal publishes insightful, informed, and high-quality commentary and analysis on trends and issues of importance to higher education systems, institutions, and stakeholders around the world.

The Spring 2021 issue # 106 of International Higher Education is now available. In this issue, you will learn:

This is the second issue of volume 27, making IHE perhaps the oldest continuing publication focusing exclusively on the international dimensions of international higher education. During this ongoing pandemic, we report on older and newer challenges and developments, thanks to a distinguished global network of university leaders and scholars contributing with articles.

Finally, we are pleased that our five translated editions (Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, and Vietnamese) permit us to reach readers beyond the English-speaking world.
