International Association of Universities

Global Meetings of Associations (GMA) are held every two years. They are organized exclusively for leaders of national, regional and international associations/organizations of higher education institutions. They offer a unique opportunity for these leaders to meet as a relatively small group of peers to exchange ideas, practices and to network.
The most recent edition of the IAU Global Meeting of Associations (GMA IV), organized in partnership with the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and several partner institutions in India, focused on Internationalization of Higher Education: New Players, New Approaches. It took place in New Delhi (India), from April 11 to 12, 2011.

The next GMA will take place in 2013.
